I am from Hyderabad and my wife filed a false case against me in CAW Cell Delhi as she works in Noida and lives in Delhi as a PG after deserting me.

I immediately contacted http://mencelldelhi.mencell.org and on advise from the head of the organsization i.e., atur chatur sir, I filed a LTR to close this false CAW Cell Complaint
That time, there was FWC applicable as this matter belongs to June 2018
After filing first LTR, my matter was referred to FWC and my wife tried to NOT appear in FWC and she even bribed the officials as I came to know from some undisclosed sources and I dont know whether this was true or not.
I again contacted http://mencelldelhi.mencell.org and again on suggestion of atur chatur sir, we filed yet another LTR and the matter was referred for mediation as this time the LTR was very bulky and I attended Family Welfare Committee without visiting Delhi i.e., Delhi State Legal Services Authority at Patiala House Courts Delhi
The result, within MOU i.e., settlement I was advised to file yet another LTR for smoothness as my wife was cunning and she was trying to run away taking first motion money and back off from mediation or MOU i.e., Memorandum of Understanding
but with the help of http://mencelldelhi.mencell.org from Delhi, I was able to invoke Human Rights and also 420 IPC or fraud related provisions with the help of atur chatur sir from delhi and now this matter is near closure.
This is very fast service and all the matter is nearly solved without visiting Delhi and that too through Video Conferencing and these guys from http://mencelldelhi.mencell.org have al the Supreme Court Judgments.
